Bocesatm provides travel planning, booking services, and related travel assistance for destinations within Norway. Our services include but are not limited to:
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service providers (hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, etc.).
2.2 Prices are in Euros (€) and are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
2.3 Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required to secure bookings, with full payment due 60 days before travel commencement.
2.4 We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
3.1 Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.3 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, especially for winter travel in Norway where weather conditions can be unpredictable.
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas if required, health certificates, etc.) for your trip to Norway.
4.2 Norway is not an EU member but is part of the Schengen Area. Please check visa requirements based on your nationality.
4.3 Passports must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure date from Norway.
5.1 Some tours involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate fitness level for your chosen activities.
5.2 Norway's weather can change rapidly. You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and equipment as recommended in your tour information.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit for a tour, for safety reasons, without refund.
6.1 Bocesatm acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these providers.
6.2 We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during your travel in Norway.
6.3 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions common in Norway (blizzards, avalanches, storms), natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, or strikes.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name "Bocesatm" is a registered trademark.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
